We have been using agile methodologies since the very beginning, our rock solid experience is unique and hard to find in other so called "agile" companies on the market. We truly believe in teams adopting a shared set of values and putting them in practice to reach the goal. We also firmly think that disciplined use of engineering practices is key: software developers are responsible engineers that specify complex software system in terms of code.

Our Director, Bruno Bossola, is a Java Champion, co-founder and coordinator of JUG Torino, speaker at major international development conferences, and Java developer since 1996 (and still active coder right now). We were the early adopters of the most advanced OpenSource tools as Selenium, FitNesse and Grinder whilst keeping an eye on traditional QA techniques. We successfully injected processes and tools in our customer's teams, improving quality, velocity and effectiveness of overall Software Development Lifecycle.
